For the simple production of a mouth-nose-auxiliary mask
Four steps to an everyday mask
Quick, easy and ideal for on the go: With the mask clips, you can make an auxiliary mouth-nose mask in just a few steps. One set consists of two mask clips and two rubber bands. All that is also needed is a filter medium that is quickly at hand at home or on the road. Cloth or paper handkerchiefs, kitchen roll or a piece of cloth are particularly suitable. Folded in a fan shape - in one or more layers - the filter medium is simply clamped into the mask clips. The width of the mask can be individually adjusted via the elastic bands that are attached to the clips. The special feature: The filter medium can be replaced after a longer period of wear or disposed of or washed after use.
Step 1: Attach the elastic band
Tie the ends of each elastic band in a knot Then insert one end of each elastic band through the narrow openings into the eyelets of the clips.
Step 2: Fold the filter medium
Spread out the filter medium, e.g. a handkerchief or a piece of cloth, and fold it in a fan shape.
Step 3: Insert the filter medium
Carefully open the mask clip, insert one end of the folded filter medium and close the clip again by applying slight pressure. Do the same with the other end of the filter medium and the second mask clip.
Step 4: Adjust the mask
The mask fits correctly when the mouth and nose are covered. The width of the mask can be adjusted individually using the elastic bands.
